“OREGON SPRING LEAVES”
aka
“OREGON SPRINGTIME”

This weaving was woven on a large, 16-shaft loom.
AVL is the manufacturer of the loom and the computer program: Weavepoint 6.2.
The fabric design is an original one, designed by Anne Abendroth.

The inspiration is the rich green and plum colors of our leaves
in the Oregon springtime.
The materials include perle cotton and silver Scandinavian clasps.

This piece is allowed to hang free and has a front and a different look in the back.
Suggested ways to hang are as a room divider, or directly on the wall.
By hanging several inches away from the wall, interesting shadows occur.
